Rutile
nano titanium dioxide (DK-TiO2-F25) is used in textile pulp to improve the
overall weaving performance of the yarn through the perfect combination with
starch, reduce the amount of PVA, reduce the cooking time, reduce the slurry
cost, and improve the pulp. Yarn benefits also solve many problems such as PVA
slurry not easy to desizing, environmental pollution and so on. Nano-TiO2
(DK-TiO2-F25) is mainly used to replace PVA in the yarn, which acts as a smooth
hair, fills the gap, reduces warp breakage and lubrication.

The
procedure for using nano titanium dioxide (DK-TiO2-F25) in textile sizing:
1.
The original viscosity should be maintained during the pulping process.
2.
The parameters of the sizing machine remain stable.
3.
Disperse the nano titanium dioxide (DK-TiO2-F25) into a 20% liquid (A).
4.
The amount of nanometer titanium dioxide powder: 0.5-2% by weight of starch.
(The
starch weight here = the original amount of starch + the amount of starch
instead of PVA).
5.
In the pure cotton sizing, replace the PVA with the same amount of starch, and
the other components are unchanged.
