Nano Zirconia

The battery-specific nano zirconia powder has fine nanometer particle size, uniform particle size distribution, no hard agglomeration and good sphericity. In the production, the content of each component is precisely controlled, the uniform mixing of particles between different components is realized, and the particle size, shape and structure are strictly controlled to ensure the quality of the product. This product is used for electrode manufacturing in high performance solid batteries by doping the conductive properties of different elements.

The nano-zirconia battery consists of a solid zirconia electrolyte (mostly yttrium-stabilized zirconia powder, YSZ for short) and two platinum electrodes. The yttrium-stabilized nano-zirconia powder has been widely used in the field of solid oxide fuel cells because of its high oxygen ion conductivity and ideal stability in a redox atmosphere.

Application features:

1. Battery-specific nano-zirconia has high oxygen ion conductivity, excellent mechanical properties and good redox stability under high temperature conditions.

2. Improved zirconia concentration battery type oxygen detector made of battery-specific nano zirconia can effectively extend the life of the product, improve accuracy and reduce maintenance.

3. As an electrolyte, the battery is widely used as an ideal electrolyte in solid oxide fuel cells. It is used to transfer the oxygen ions generated by the reaction. At a high temperature of 800~1000 degrees Celsius, the ions can penetrate the ceramic material.

4. The battery-specific nano-zirconia can also produce active element effect after covering or dispersing on the surface of the alloy, which can significantly improve the high temperature oxidation resistance of the alloy and greatly improve the adhesion of the oxide film.
