Nano-diamond powder has a wide range of
uses in aerospace, aircraft manufacturing, precision machinery, optical
instruments, automotive manufacturing and other industries;
1. The most ideal polish for an atomized
polished surface. It is especially used for finishing and polishing various
hard materials such as fine ceramics, integrated circuit chips, various
gemstones, ferrite heads, quartz plates, superhard alloys, optical lenses, etc.
2. High hardness and high wear
resistance plating and electroless plating;
3. High hardness and high wear
resistance metal composite materials;
4. Low friction, low wear, high load,
high life lubrication systems (such as lubrication of various cylinders) and
super lubricants.
5. PTFE-based composite material with
high wear resistance and good lubricity;
6. It is an irreplaceable material for
the production of polycrystalline diamond and diamond films.
7. It is the main material for the
thermal penetration of nano-diamonds.
8. Can be used for metal modification.
Nano-diamond
can be used for ultra-mirror polishing of wire drawing dies. It can also be
used for mirror polishing of crystal and silicon wafers. It has excellent wear
resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. It has ultra-high
purity, ultra-clear polishing effect, and the main impurity content is 1 ppm or
less; surface roughness is less than 0.8 nm.
