Application
of nano-silica in epoxy resin:

The
dried and dehydrated nano-silica is added to a solvent in which a coupling
agent is dissolved under stirring, and then treated by milling, high-speed

mixed, the solvent was removed, and the temperature was raised to 130 ° C to

Dispersion
of nano silica:
Due
to the small size of the nanoparticles, high surface activity, easy to
agglomerate and lose the effect of strengthening and toughening the polymer,
the nanoparticles should be fully dispersed when preparing the
nanoparticle-filled composite. Milling, high-speed shearing, ball milling,
sanding, ultrasonic treatment, etc. will help the dispersion of nanoparticles
in the resin.
