nano-titanium dioxide for rubber is white fluffy powder. After special surface
organic modification, it has better dispersibility in rubber. Most
nano-titanium dioxide particles have a size of less than 80nm in rubber, which

Applications:

Add 2.0% nano-titanium dioxide (DK-TiO2-TX30A) to rubber, the best antibacterial
performance, the inhibition rate can reach more than 85%.

Compared with unmodified rubber, the silicone rubber with nano-titanium dioxide
(DK-TiO2-TX30A) has a reduced surface color and surface crack damage after the
same energy and dose of proton irradiation; the mass loss rate increases. The
degree of change in heat resistance and the degree of change in shrinkage
expansion ratio are all reduced, showing significant anti-irradiation
properties, greatly improving the anti-aging properties of rubber.

Nano-titanium dioxide (DK-TiO2-TX30A) can improve the mechanical properties of
rubber, and the tensile strength and tear strength are obviously improved, and
the heat resistance of rubber is also improved. Swelling experiments show that
after the addition of nanoparticles, the swelling ratio of the rubber
decreases, and the gel mass fraction and crosslink density increase.
